To set Availability  from the phone

  • Log into voicemail on the phone
  • Press 2 to change availability

To change Availability on the server:

  1. Remote login to
  2. Click the Office LinX Admin icon and log in with your server credentials

3. Right click on Mailbox structure  > Find Mailbox and enter the phone number in question. Click Find and double click on the Mailbox No.

4.  On the Locations tab, change Location to In Office and Available  to  Available

5. Click the disc icon to Save
