Forwarding Tickets - include all attachments and reply/comment history :

  1. At the top of the RT Ticket page click on "Actions" and then click on "Forward"

  2. This will Forward the entire ticket which includes all reply/comment history and all attachments.

Forwarding Tickets - only forward comment or reply. 

  1. When you are on a Ticket page find the comment/reply section you wish to forward and click "forward"
