If PTLabXeroxbw is NOT printing in black and white or of the job is NOT submitting:

1. Click on the hourglass and type in control panel

.

2. Click on Control Panel to open up a new window

3. Click on “View devices and printers” under “Hardware and Sound” (if you do not see this then change “View by:” drop box to “Category”)

4. Right click on “PTLabXeroxbw on print1.ad.clarkson.edu” and select “Printer preferences” 

5. Under the “Image Options” tab check the box next to “Xerox Black and White” and click “Apply” then “OK”
