After hours support is provided via an OIT on-call rotation. The OIT on-call System Administrator will check all tickets submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org from 8am - 9pm on non-business days and will respond to those that are determined critical by OIT's priority matrix. In addition, the OIT on-call will monitor system function via a Network Monitoring System during that time frame.
