This guide will go through how to set up a meeting through Zoom.
Log into Zoom.
- After logging in, select "My Meetings" in the left side menu.
- Then select "Schedule a New Meeting".
- In "Schedule a Meeting" fill out the information. Make sure in the "Video" Section, to select "On" for both Host and Participant, to allow video.
- Also make sure in the "Audio" section, to select "Telephone and VoIP"
- Also make sure in the "Audio" section, to select "Telephone and VoIP"
- Scroll down to "Meeting Options" and make sure to check off "Enable join before Host", and then click "Save".
- After Saving, a link will be available to copy and paste to send to invitees, and the meeting will start at the time specified earlier.
