Incoming Transfer-Student Evaluators - a Handbook
To access the Transfer Student Evaluation template, navigate to sheets.google.com and then click on Template Gallery at the top right corner of the page. - To look up data, open the form "Articulation Lookup" by double clicking it in the left-hand navigation
- This database includes all of the courses that we have had evaluated within the past 5 years, and the Clarkson equivalent. Per the University regulations, these apply to First Year students only, however departments are welcome to use the information we gather to aid staff or transfer credit evaluators in locating potential transfer courses for students. Evaluations are valid for a period of 5 years, and we typically do the majority of the updates in the spring/summer months as we work with the incoming class of students.
