End-users doing expense reports in Peoplesoft 9.1 are finding that Excel either does nothing or pulls up a blank screen with no excel file.
Administrative Computing has the following work-around. The screen shots are from Windows 10 so the screens may be a little different:
Click Save not Open
Click Open Folder not Open
In the window that opens, right-click on the ps file that is hi-lited in blue and left-click on properties
Check the box to Unblock. This may be a push-button in other Windows Versions. Then click OK
Double click on the hi-lited file to Open it and click Yes to view
